Action by the Pawnee City City Council Monday night preserved the jobs of two of the city crew.
The two crew members, Jr. Droge and Sean McAhon, failed their third attempt to pass their sewer certification. According to the handbook, they would be terminated from employement. The Council voted 4-0 to amend the handbook and remove that stipulation.
