Cats, cats and more cats.
Pawnee City has a cat problem that needs to be addressed before it gets worse, according to Donna Henson of S.H.A.R.E. She says there are around 30 to 40 loose cats in town and they are breeding.
The problem is that some of them are also sick with fatal diseases. She counts 20 cats hanging out Casey’s alone where they can find food.
