Ready for spring

I look out my window and everything I see is gray or brown. The cement patio and the picnic table on it are gray and everything else is brown – the grass, the stone fire pit, the fields stretched out to the horizon. You wouldn’t think spring is just around the corner. Spring puts the color back into life. The grass greens up, the trees grow new leaves, flowers raise their pretty heads to the sun…
