Santa Parade Dec. 22 lifts community spirits

These photos are by Ray Kappel of the Santa Parade that went through Pawnee City Dec. 22. A long line of vehicles left downtown and drove by the Assisted Living and Premier Estates facilities before ending. People gathered to watch and were having as much fun as the people doing the driving.
