Bill Worlein, a stone and monument engraver from Plattsmouth, spent the last weekend and Monday in Pawnee City adding 83 names to the Pawnee County Veterans Memorial. As the sun shone down over the Memorial and the flags fluttered in the breeze, Worlein worked quietly and diligently. He has been at this eight years, having bought out Gary Hazen from Elk Creek. Worlein has his shop and office in Plattsmouth and travels about a 125 mile radius to do this type of work.
