Headaches are extremely common and come in three main forms: tension headaches, migraine headaches and cluster headaches. The most common of these is tension type headaches followed by migraine headaches and then much more rarely cluster headaches. Today we will focus on tension headaches and migraine headaches. Although these are quite different there certainly is some overlap in the symptoms that are felt. There is also a small amount of overlap in management strategies.
